Player and Personality of the Season Winners
Our congratulations to Paul Sampson on being voted Player of the Season and to Jan and Morlais Evans on being awarded Club Personality of the Year. James Strong was presented with a set of silver cufflinks and a bottle of champagne to mark his achievement in representing London Welsh in more than 100 league games. The presentations were made by Keith Ford, Supporters Club Chairman.

Supporters Club Help Fund New Signing
Michael Tagicakibau is the newest recruit to join London Welsh and his signing has been made possible by financial assistance from the Supporters Club. The Fijian international made his London Welsh debut against Newbury and joins the club from New Zealand province team Taranaki.

£5,000 from Supporters Club Pays For New Posts
During half time of the game against Coventry the Supporters Club presented Peter Thomas, LW Chief Executive, with a cheque for £5,000 to pay for the new posts. During the forthcoming months we will announce further ways in which we will provide financial support to the 1st XV and the CASC teams. Thank you to all our members, your support enables us to make these valuable contributions to the Club.

About the Supporters Club
The London Welsh Supporters Club was formed in 1978 for the purpose of promoting and supporting London Welsh RFC, welsh sports, culture and activities.
As a club we rely on membership revenue, donations and fund raising activities to generate our budget, which is then passed on to any section of the club that requires funding for specific items of equipment, projects or events, all applications are considered and if approved funds will be provided. All applications for donations should be sent in writing to the club secretary.
The Supporters Club:
Arrange trips to London Welsh away games and major Welsh internationals including the use of prestigious venues such as City Hall Cardiff for use before and after the matches.
Arrange regular social events and live music at Old Deer Park.
Publishes regular editions of the club newsletter, The London Welsh Supporter.
Membership
