How many people can we invite?

A table can be sold as a group of 10 or 12. We are also able to accommodate bookings of 8 or less if you are prepared to share with another group or client. We very much welcome individual bookings from members and non members, and always have some tables available to accommodate these booking.

What does the menu consist of?

A typical hospitality lunch consists of rustic bread rolls for starters, a hearty main course, dessert and coffee is available.

I have a special dietary requirement, can you help?

We often have people who require special dietary requirements, maybe have some type ofallergy or food intolerance. Please let us know at least a week before and we can accommodate your needs. Please contact commercial@london-welsh.co.uk

Where in the stadium are our seats?

In the premier seating area for hospitality and sponsors located in the main stand adjacent to the half way line.

When do I get my tickets?

Please note that for match day hospitality bookings, no paper ticket is issued prior to the match unless requested. Instead your name will be given to our personnel on the hospitality gate and you will be issued your hospitality pass on arrival.

If you do request them, please ensure that the tickets make their way to your guests in good time. We will only send them at least 2 weeks before the day of the game.

On the day please make your way to the ground’s Hospitality entrance. Here you will need to simply provide your name and you will be shown to the Hospitality Suite.

Upon arrival at the Matchday Hospitality Suite, you will be given a pass to ensure you have access to the main Hospitality Lounge throughout the day. This pass will also provide you access to the Hospitality seats in the stand.

What happens if my guests arrive before me?

Hospitality passes are issued on arrival, or you should have ensured that your guests have the tickets.

Accordingly we ask that all guest names are submitted by the booker at least 3 days prior to the game. This will help us identify anyone who may arrive before you. We will then be able to welcome them on your behalf and ensure they are looked after. Please submit names via email to commercial@london-welsh.co.uk

What time do I need to get there for?

A typical match starts at 3pm. We generally ask that hospitality guests arrive at 1pm for 1.30pm service. However on booking your hospitality lunch you will be sent a confirmation email detailing the match day itinerary and lunch service time. Please check your booking confirmation for precise timings.

A typical match day itinerary is as follows:

1.00pm           

- Arrival & hospitality check-in                              

 

1.30pm           

- Guests seated for welcome and lunch                             

 

During Lunch 

- Introduction from John Taylor

- Q&A with Danny Wilson, London Welsh Head Coach

- Match day Raffle

 

3.00pm            

- Kick-off

 

5.00pm            

- Mix with players and coaches in Hospitality Lounge

- Man of the Match presentation

 

NB: After 13th November and before March 28th games will kick off at 3PM

Is there parking available?

Please note that car parking onsite is extremely limited therefore parking passes are restricted to 2 per table of 10 by request only. Without a pass, parking is restricted and cannot be guaranteed on arrival. Subject to availability spaces will be charged at £5 for the day. Accordingly it is recommended that guests arrive by public transport.

Parking is available free of charge to disabled badge holders. To reserve your space in advance

Hospitality Parking is located at the Pagoda, via Lions Gate towards Kew Gardens.
