Biography
Seb enjoyed a prolific 2013/14 season crossing 13 tries in 25 Championship appearances, including a late effort to help the Exiles to victory over Bristol in the 2nd leg of the Championship final at the Memorial Stadium.

He also crossed for another crucial try in the 2nd leg of Welsh's thrilling semi-final win over Leeds Carnegie at the Kassam Stadium.

Arguably his best score of last season, however, was a solo effort at Moseley a try which perfectly demonstrated his quick feet and finishing ability as he cut inside several tacklers to cross.

Last season was the fulfilment of the promise Seb had displayed towards the tail end of 2012/13. Seb had joined the Exiles in February 2013 and made a huge impact on his arrival, scoring a fantastic solo try on his debut against Saracens.

The wing also showed his ability at outside centre in the defeat to London Irish at the Madejski Stadium, crossing for his second try in Welsh colours. He finished the 2012/13 season with two tries from his six appearances.

Seb came through the Academy at Harlequins and made his first-team debut against Newcastle Falcons in September 2007 in the Premiership.

He scored three tries in eight appearances during the club's Aviva Premiership winning campaign of 2011/12, and went on to make 35 appearances for Harlequins in total, scoring 11 tries.

He represented England at U16, U18 and U20 levels, and won a Grand Slam with England U20s in 2008, scoring three tries.

The same year he featured for England at the U20s IRB Junior World Championships in Wales.
