Chris crossed five times in 20 Championship appearances for the club in 2015/16, including a match winning score in the Exiles' impressive league victory at Headingley Carnegie. He also claimed Welsh's last-gasp winner in the side's dramatic late win at Jersey.

The full back joined Welsh in 2014 and having bided his time in his debut season he made his mark with a hugely impressive end to the campaign, racking up 20 points in his four Premiership appearances including a try on his Premiership debut against Wasps.

He has represented England at Under 18 and Counties level and arrived at London Welsh in the summer of 2014 from Plymouth Albion. Chris, who can also play wing or centre, claimed Albion's fifth try in their 36-15 victory over the Exiles in January 2014.

Chris had joined Plymouth from Esher in 2013 after helping them to a second place finish in National League One. He marked his Plymouth debut with three tries and five conversions in a 55-14 win over Exmouth, and was a regular feature in James Shanahan's side in 2013/14.

Chris came through the Wasps Academy and has also played for Thames Valley (NZ).
